Honestly, this was a GORGEOUS arrangement! I'm a first-time customer of Jean's and I will definitely be a repeat customer after this. I got same-day delivery and they got right on it! It was delivered 2+ days ago and it arguably looks better than it did when my wife got it. Highly recommend!

TEN STARS ... My 89 year old Aunt was surprised and impressed with her birthday flowers! "These GORGEOUS roses are the size of baseballs!" Flowers were delivered immediately after the order was placed! The person I spoke with by phone was most helpful when I requested an alternate color of rose, and carefully explained how to enter the change online. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I selected a custom arrangement, florists' choice and specified it was for a new baby girl and to use a lot of pink. They did exactly that! The peonies were GORGEOUS, as was everything else in the arrangement. Recipient loved it.

Jean's Flower Basket was able to get flowers out ASAP. Quicker than what I had expected. I ordered flowers a little late in the morning and just assumed it would be the next day and I was pleasantly surprised. They're very professional too.
